If you’re interested in returning an item from your order, simply fill out our returns form to receive your pre-paid shipping label.
All items must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged and have the original tags attached. Items marked as final sale, as well as all jewelry and socks, cannot be returned.
We do not offer exchanges for online purchases. However, customers are more than welcome to return any unwanted items through our returns form and place a new order for the desired items.
Once you submit your request through the returns form, our Customer Service team will review and approve your return request, then email you a prepaid UPS shipping label within 1 business day of your request to the email address on file.
All refunds will be processed automatically. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund credit to hit your account from the time your return has been delivered to us.
We only accept returns for garments purchased online at silverjeans.com. If you wish to return an item purchased from our store or an independent retailer, please contact them directly.

Returned items reported late by the merchants, and have cashbacks already credited to the user may lead to deductions in future cashback disbursements to reflect the late merchant adjustment.
Cashback/points will be awarded in 60-90 days.
