Shoebacca purchases are eligible for returns for up to 365 days after original date of purchase for a refund. You will be refunded the original purchase price plus any applicable tax. If at the time of the original purchase your order exceeded $50 and qualified for our free shipping offer, you are entitled to free return shipping and the restocking fee is waived. If the original order value was under $50, you will be charged a $6.50 restocking fee which will be held from your refund.

Returned items reported late by the merchants, and have cashbacks already credited to the user may lead to deductions in future cashback disbursements to reflect the late merchant adjustment.
