You may return unworn and unwashed items within 45 days from the order date. Items that are beyond 45 days from that date will no longer be available for return.
Orders cannot be changed once they have been placed. If applicable, please cancel your order within 30 minutes of submitting the order or return the items and place a new order.
You may cancel an order within 30 minutes of submitting. Orders placed using Crocs Gift Cards cannot be cancelled.
Returned items reported late by the merchants, and have cashbacks already credited to the user may lead to deductions in future cashback disbursements to reflect the late merchant adjustment.
Cashback/points will be awarded in 60-90 days.
