Items purchased online for pick up in a Draper James store location (buy online, pick up in store) can only be returned or exchanged in person at a Draper James store.
Returned items reported late by the merchants, and have cashbacks already credited to the user may lead to deductions in future cashback disbursements to reflect the late merchant adjustment.
Cashback/points will be awarded in 60-90 days.
